🦪 BEAUSOLEIL - NB
Cultivated in the chilly North Atlantic waters of the Gulf of St. Lawrence in New Brunswick, Beausoleil's are mildly briny with a clean, refined finish.
🦪 RASPBERRY POINT - PEI
Grown in cages on the bottom of the pristine waters of Raspberry Point, these oysters are nicely salted, with crisp meat and a clean finish.
🦪 RUSTICO - PEI
Tumbled and manicured in the nutrient-rich waters of London Bay, Rustico's have deep cups, plump meat, and a delightful salty taste with a sweet and slightly smokey finish.
🦪 LUCKY LIME - PEI
These oysters, known for their distinctive appearance greenish hues, have firm, abundant and generous flesh that opens on a balanced seaweed flavour and finishes with a silky citrus tone.
🦪 KUSSHI - BC
Small and deeply cupped, these oysters are grown through a special cultivation process to mimic the Kumamoto Oyster. Kusshi's are meaty with a clean, delicate flavour.
