A NOTE FROM PURE SPIRITS // SUNDAY, NOVEMBER, 23

Please be advised that a member of our Pure Spirits team has tested positive for Covid-19. This event is separate and isolated from that of November 16th.

The employee’s last day of work was Saturday, November 14th. They tested for the virus on Thursday, November 19th, and received results yesterday (Saturday, November 21st). Due to the lockdown that starts tomorrow, as well as the proactive planning and use of cohort scheduling (two completely separate teams), we are able to better protect our team and continue business operations as only the unaffected cohort staff will be permitted on site until the isolation period has expired.

Upon receiving this news we immediately contacted Toronto Public Health (TPH) for further direction. TPH again informed us that based on the circumstances of this event we are not required to make this information public nor take any action due to the precautions already

in place. However, we have made the decision to go above beyond TPH recommendations by informing the public, our staff and our community.

We want you to know that Pure Spirits is continuing to prioritize the health and safety of our guests, our teams and their families, our suppliers, partners and extended communities, by meeting and exceeding the instruction and guidance of local government and official public health organizations.

We’re confident that the extraordinary measures we have been taking to create and maintain a safe environment are what allows us to remain open for takeout.

From all of us at Pure Spirits, we want to again thank our guests for their continued generosity, trust and support. It means more than we can say.

Pure Spirits 🙏💞
